FaxCore and Liberty IMS join forces
New partnership will see fax system added to ECM application
FaxCore, an American maker of fax management systems, is to partner with Liberty IMS, a software provider for the enterprise content management industry.
Together, the companies say they are going to offer an end-to-end document management solution, integrating FaxCore's fax server program with the LibertyNET product suite. This integration will address the strong demand for document management solutions, the new partners say.
Currently, FaxCore's fax server system provides small and medium-size businesses (SMBs) with a web-based system for centralising all types of fax communications and streamlining business processes, by allowing users to send and receive faxes with the convenience of e-mail.
Steve Lehrer, the VP of business development at Liberty told IT journalists that his company was pleased to partner with FaxCore, adding that it looked forward to working with them to deliver innovative document management.
Speaking alongside him, Tom Linhard, director of channel sales for FaxCore, added that the partnership would allow the two companies to streamline their businesses via the creation of a joint solution.
