Neutrik USA Deploys .NET-based FaxCore Fax Server Solution to Manage Fax Communications

Engineers from CiBan, a technology solutions provider, worked with Mark Boyadjian, Marketing and Communications Facilitator at Neutrik, to design the fault tolerant fax system using FaxCore.
Prior to deploying FaxCore, Neutrik was using traditional fax machines to process sales and purchase orders. The process required a receptionist to physically deliver faxes to the sales team and then manually enter transactions. With FaxCore, all faxes are automatically routed electronically which accelerates order processing.
